Our Experience with Rodney - We began working with Rodney and his team back in the mid 90's when we financed our first home. We were introduced to a fantastic team who were not only courteous and friendly, but very knowledgeable about the mortgage business and took personal interest in our well being and satisfaction. Rodney, I have been a listening for a long time and have taken credit scores to heart. Six years ago, we signed a mortgage with Rodney Anderson Lending Services and as everyone says, it went smoothly. We're at an incredible 4.99% @ 15 yrs. I have managed our credit and money to the level of obsession. I don't remember it being very low to begin with. What I do remember is reaching the 700's, then I made it my goal to reach 800. After a year or so of paying down debt and building up cash, I reached 803. Now 3 months later it has fluctuated between 820 and 830. For over a year it's been over 760. I never thought this would happen!
